I contacted them with the agent’s comments as they guarantee you’ll get your bond back and then they were refusing to clean these items and said they would only wipe the toilet which they wanted me to provide photographic evidence □□♀️□and there would need to be additional charges for the remaining items. Then when the agent inspected the place she requested the pantry to be cleaned as the top was left dusty (it’s an unusually low pantry so you can see the top), the toilet wasn’t wiped properly, and the fly screen was left unclean (which is part of the sliding door in our balcony, which is included as 1x sliding door of one balcony is part of the end of lease clean). Then they said that for the pantry to be wiped I would need to pay them extra. Firstly they arrived late even though I explained my dad would let them in before his work and hence they needed to be on time. I booked everything through them, the clean, the carpet steaming.
